Our shelves are packed with the finest, freshest locally grown, seasonal fruit and veg; we work closely with local growers to get the best produce at fair prices.
We also stock a wide range of British and imported (although we insist on nothing being air-freighted) organic fruit and vegetables.

meaty things:
We sell lots of the most delicious beef, lamb, pork, wild boar, venison, bacon, sausages, chicken and Christmas turkeys, mostly sourced from Graig Farm in Powys. All our meat is free-range and fed natural additive-free diets, and most of it is certified organic. Admittedly we can't compete with the supermarkets on price, however this is meat raised the traditional way; better for you, better for the animals, and certainly far, far tastier.

fishy fins:
There's been a lot of talk about the high levels of chemical residues in farmed salmon. Our organically farmed salmon and trout are given no pesticides, colourings, additives or drugs. Alternatively there is a range of sustainably caught (MSC standard) wild fish such as sardines, mackerel, or New Zealand hoki.
We also stock tinned sardines, tuna, mackerel and herring from the "Fish 4 Ever" range; fish caught in season from small community-based fishing boats- no factory or industrial ships, no drag nets or industrial lines, no fishing during the breeding season, no bycatch, no undersized fish, no damage to the ocean floor, no damage to the ocean floor.
